For corporate customers, BlackBerry Enterprise ServerTM software tightly integrates with Microsoft® Exchange, IBM® Lotus® Domino® and Novell® GroupWise® to enable secure, push-based, wireless access.

The BlackBerry Enterprise Solution also provides IT departments with simplified management and centralized control of wireless devices in a secure and flexible architecture that leverages your company's existing infrastructure and investment. It is comprised of:

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Client Access Licenses
  • BlackBerry devices
  • SETAR mobile postpaid plan and BlackBerry data plan

Technical Features
If your company hosts its own email server; the BlackBerry Enterprise Server provides the following features:

  • Integration with existing email accounts (Microsoft® Exchange, Lotus® Domino®, Novell® GroupWise®)
  • End-to-end Triple DES encryption of data and delivery of data through SSL.
  • Enhanced password policies such as mandatory password use and format requirements.
  • Remote data erase if a device is lost or stolen.
  • Centralized management provision, manage users, monitor servers and devices.
