This program has the capacity to process more than 10.000 phone calls per hour. In addition, it can handle an unlimited number of phone calls and extensions (depending on the number of licenses your business has purchased). You can set up the extensions and group of extensions, as you like. In all reports all phone calls are connected to the extensions. If you have security codes active on your phone system, you will receive reports of the calls grouped per codes or calls made with one code only.

Call Tracer is designed for the Office and /or for the Hotel Industry. The program comes with a handy calendar where you can set your own holidays, which appear each time you use the date selector anywhere in the program, a maintenance screen with many easy maintenance functions of the databases and a messaging service to send messages over the network to other active users of the program. All actions of users and all data changes done by user intervention are recorded and later checked up. You can set up users with a name and a password and many other features. You can also organize your users into groups, in which each has a completely customizable access profile. The reports show all recorded call details, including the time of the calls, duration, the extension where the calls were made or received, totals per group or report, the numbers called or numbers that called (if caller ID is available) and much more information.
