Call Completion to Busy Subscriber
When placing a call and the line is busy, just dial 5 and hang up. When the line is free the system will call you and make the connection.
Call Forwarding
With this service you can forward all incoming calls to the phone number where you can be reached. Punch in *21* the telephone number and # (for example *21*5825151#).
To switch off the Call Forwarding Service, punch #21#. A touch-tone set is required to activate this service.
An additional fee of Afl. 0,16 will be charged each time this service is activated and the regular calling fee will be charged during every call forwarded.
Call Forwarding Unconditional
With this feature all calls to the subscriber's line are redirected to a predetermined number, regardless of the state of the subscriber's line.
Call Hold
Call Hold enables you to put a caller on hold while a second call is being answered or made.
Call Waiting
With this service you can talk and answer another incoming call on the same telephone line.
This feature is very simple. When you are on the phone and someone else is trying to reach you, you will hear a beep. You can take the second call and switch back after. In this way you can handle two telephone conversations using one telephone line.
De-activate Call Waiting
When, for instance, you are sending a fax, Call Waiting can be de-activated by punching #43* before dialing the fax number.
Calling Line Identification Restriction per Call
When placing a call to another party, you can prevent your telephone number from being shown to the call recipient by dialing *31* then the number (*31*58x-xxxx).
Calling Line Identification
Caller ID shows you the phone number of the caller. The display screen on your telephone will indicate the phone number of your incoming calls. All clients that apply for the Caller ID service will receive a special Caller ID telephone.

- You can view or print your bill via your computer
- Your bill is available as soon as it has been processed
- You can review the usage history of your bill over the last 12 months
- You do not have to depend only on the Postal Service for delivery of your bill
How to enroll to e-Cuenta?
To enroll for e-Cuenta you need the following, a recent invoice (not older than 6 months) and an email address.
Go to: www.e-cuenta.aw
Click 'Enroll'
Go to 'Personal information'. Residential customers fill out:
- First name (e.g. Juan)
- Last Name (e.g. Croes)
- Telephone (e.g. 586-xxxx)
- Email address (e.g. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
- Address (e.g. Palm Beach 00)
- District (e.g. Noord)
- For business customers also fill out: company name and Chamber of Commerce registration number.
- Click 'Continue'
- Go to 'Security information' Fill out:
- ID number
- Birth Date
- Secret Question
- Secret Answer (this will help you with the password)
- Go to 'Username' and 'Password'. Fill out:
- Username
- Password (must consider of at least 1 number & 1 letter).
- Confirm your password.
- Go to 'Account Information'. Fill out:
- Customer Name (stated on the voice)
- Customer Number (e.g. 60 xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx)
- Total Invoice Amount (e.g. 599.99)
- View Terms and Conditions.
- Click 'Continue'.
The 'Enrollment Verification' page will appear, this means that you are now enrolled and can now view or print your bill online. To view the specification of your bill on-line, you must apply personally for this service at Seroe Blanco or at one of Teleshops.
Calling Line Identification Restriction
You may make outgoing calls without displaying your number to the call recipient.
Connected Line Identification Presentation
A supplementary service enabling the called party to receive the line identity of the calling party
Inhibition of Incoming Forwarded Calls
This restricts incoming forwarded calls from being presented to the user.
International Calls
To reach a subscriber in another country.
How to make an International Call?
The entry code to the automatic international telephone traffic consists of the digits “00”. Each country has a number. The national telephone number in each country consists of an area code and a subscriber’s number.
In order to reach a subscriber in another country, it will be necessary to dial the numbers after each other. The entry-code “00”, the country number and the subscriber’s number.
For example if one wishes to call a subscriber in Amsterdam, one should know the following:
Entry code 00
Country number of the Netherlands 31
Area code of Amsterdam 20
Subscriber’s number 6333345
The above mentioned subscriber can be reached automatically by dialing the following: 00 31 20 6333345
Multiple Subscriber Numbering (MSN)
One of the biggest advantages of ISDN over an analogue service is the ability to assign multiple phone numbers to one line. The MSN service is provided to you by SETAR. It allows you to have several phone numbers for your ISDN line. The use of MSN allows you to assign different numbers to the various features.
Subscriber Controlled Blocking
This service allows you to block outgoing international, mobile and prepaid calls.
It can only be used with a push button telephone. The telephone must be in the "TONE" position. This service is also for ISDN line. It cannot be used with rotary dial telephone or the Meridian system. This service is included in TeleAvansa package. If you have a TeleBasico package and still want to apply for this service, come to one of our Teleshops to do so.
How does it work?
Choose any four (4) number combinations as your password, seen below as "DDDD".
To enter your password, pick up the receiver and press the following keys (once only). (At first "DDDD" enter your password. At second "DDDD" enter same password again).

To block the service of 123 Instant Access, the following options can be used; 2, 3, 6 & 8.
After step No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 are used to activate or de-activate the feature.
Talk & Save
Talk & Save is great for friends or families who call each other frequently. You can register up to six (6) numbers. Save 10% each time you call one of the members registered in the group.
Groups of six (6) may consist of:

2 An Mobile number (PRIMO/Post-paid)
3 An Mobile number (PRIMO/Post-paid)
4 An Mobile number (PRIMO/Post-paid)

Terminal Portability
This supplementary service allows a user to move a terminal having one or more active calls from one socket to another or replace it by another compatible terminal.
Unlisted Number Service
Your telephone number is not listed in the telephone directory or at 118. For this service a monthly fee of Afl. 10,- is charged.
USA 800/866/877/888
It is now possible for cable viewers who wish to buy products advertised on television to use SETAR's USA 800/866/877/888 service. Now, you can call the 1-800, 1-866, 1-877 or 1-888 numbers in the USA to acquire different products and services. Just dial 1-800, 1-866, 1-877 or 1-888 plus the seven digits of the telephone number. Example: 001-800-123-4567. With this service one has access to the advertiser. The rate charged will be the same rate as normal calls to the U.S.A.
Voice Mail
Activate Voice mail
To activate press *61*134# for an analog & *610*134# for ISDN phone.
The Voice mail service has been activated. Your caller will hear your voice mail after 20 seconds.
De-activate Voice mail
To de-activate press #61# for an analog phone & #610# for ISDN.
Listen to your messages
To listen to your messages, press 134 then enter your password.
Note: The first time you access the voice mail system you will have to record your "message" (e.g. "At present I cannot come to the phone, please leave your message and I will return your call")
Wake-Up Call
A touch tone telephone can be used as an alarm clock by programming it to ring at a specific time.
Punch the following digits; *55*HHMM# (H= hour/enter the number of the hour, M= minutes/enter the number of the minutes: for example *5*0730#).
The telephone will ring at the appointed time, and stop ringing only when the receiver is picked up.
To de-activate the feature dial #55#.
Each time you program your phone you will be charged only Afl. 0,32.
This service must be programmed daily.
